Program success depends requires genuine care and concern for the safety of children. This is paramount. Additionally, the successful program leader must:
- Have expert level experience in the programs they are teaching/leading (expert level experience includes competing and/or performing at higher levels during high school and/or college)
- Have Business License and Liability Insurance for your Program(s)
- Have management skills and experience
- Have an office with computer, filing system tools, and printer (or access to)
- Be CPR and First Aid Certified
- Be members of USA Gymnastics and complete the USAG Safety Certification for Gymnastics and Cheerleading programs
- Have current year documentation of impeccable background and passing of/ability to pass drug screening, this includes having documentation of Background Check on file at the facilities where you teach,
- Have fingerprints on file at local Police Department
- Have program management/teacher management skills
- Have 100% reliability and dependability to be at each and every class on time and prepared (this means the ability to be at class early and prepared for each and every class, if you are a person that tends to be unable to do this, this is not the option for you)
- Have bubbly, fun, and cheery personality
- Exhibit exemplary communication and speech
- Have polished appearance
- Be professional
- Have basic sales aptitude
